Northbridge is accessible by Interstate 90, also known as the Mass Pike, which runs east and west across the state. Route 146, which runs north and south from Worcester to Providence, crosses through the west side of Northbridge. Interstates 395 and 495, which run north to south, allow access to the city through Webster and Milford, respectfully.
